To access your first set of exercises, youll need to choose your fitness level. There are three levels available in the workouts app:

BEGINNING: maybe youre just starting out or have taken a big break. No problem - the system already knows where to start to get the perfect body in no time.

INTERMEDIATE: youre probably pretty well prepared and are going to work out for a longer time during the week.

ADVANCED: fire! 3 workouts a week for the most fit and sporty women.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION AND TERMS.

All users of this female workout app can try the first workouts for free. Upgrading to Premium subscription provides you with unlimited access to the advanced features and insights.

Your monthly auto-renewing subscription is $16.99 and 3-month Full Access membership is $29.99. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm the purchase.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase.

Canceled subscription will stay active until the end of the period and the current subscription will not be refunded.
